"For the most part, I've really enjoyed working with Lowe's. I wish they'd take some customer feedback and update their computer systems though. Very very difficult to have multiple people buying something for you in a business... and do any returns... Someone at some corporate office decided that you had to match up the driver's license with each receipt so you can't even return things with receipts. Now they have to be with receipts and driver's licenses and the same driver's license with the same receipt. So if you have employees purchasing for you, this becomes a nightmare. I now do most of my business for my company through Home Depot just because their systems for receipts and returns are so much easier to deal with. Only if I have to do I go to Lowe's?"
"I went back to the Lowe's Garden Center today and Delene was very helpful with my latest project. She helped me find the right plants that would be hearty for my large planter pots for our Texas heat, she loaded the garden soil, and gave me a disconnect to top it off. Fantastic service all the way through. Delene is my go to from now on. I wait to shop at this facility in stead of purchasing plants any where else. This is because of Delene. Bandanna Jim"
"My husband didn't like the wheelbarrows they had so we went to the plant area where several workers told us about the sale going on. One of the ladies went out her way to assist us with locating several additional items we couldn't find. This is the store we frequently shop and always get good service from all the areas."
"Purchased a sink in June. Had it installed in late August only to find out it leaks like crazy. Mfg says go buy another and return first one. I do this and actually pay more because the one I received a discount card in the mail being a new resident and home owner. Mind you the mfg doesn't cover any warranty to replace defective product. I get the second one and have my contractor reinstall for $175. He' not responsible for defective product. Take the second one back and Lowes wants to give me credit for the discounted sink not the one I paid full price for. I called BS and argued the point. They finally give me the full price refund and afterwards tell me that the second one will not have a 90 warranty since I credited off the second receipt! Something wrong here!"
