"I ordered flowers for friend for her birthday, she sent me a picture of the arrangement that was delivered and although it was pretty, it wasn’t in line with what I ordered. Now mind you, I did my research because I was ordering from out of town. I saw their amazing work on Facebook, I read the reviews and I felt comfortable making an order online not seeing it in person. I thought about letting my dissatisfaction go, but as someone who runs a small business, I knew I should address it in a professional way. I spoke to Amanda and let me tell you, she was an absolute delight to work with! Took the time to understand my concerns , there were some flowers that were unavailable and substituted for but I was not made aware, ribbon was left off, etc. the design was not bad. It just was not up to the standards that they have built for themselves or for what I ordered. She immediately offered to refund my order in its entirety or give me a store credit; she allowed me to choose. I asked her if she could do a delivery the same day and make an arrangement that would be equivalent to whatever credit she wanted to give me, nothing elaborate just something to balance out the first order, she said yes. We discussed what flowers were available in her shop, I chose my colors and she put an amazing arrangement together. It was absolutely beautiful!!!..and it was very much in line with the work that they do and what I originally had paid for. She delivered it within a two hour window of our conversation. My friend was very surprised to receive another arrangement but even said herself, she loved her first, but the second one was by far her favorite! Long story to say they did go above and beyond to deliver a beautiful product and have a happy client and although I don’t live in the area I do have clients that I send flowers to from time to time, and I will definitely be using their services again. I appreciate her attention to detail and being responsive instead of reactive, and taking the time to listen. I highly recommend their shop and their work is impeccable!"

Amanda and her team made an amazing arrangement that I loved so much. They also delievered it to my job a good 45 minutes from the shop. "This local jewel is awesome! They are locally owned and operated, independent and do fantastic flowers. Just come up with an idea and they can make it happen or just let them do it. Yes they deliver, yes they do event flowers, yes they send flowers to funerals ( not my favorite thing ). I don't know how they do it other than working harder than everyone else. Pictures are of their actual work not " example " Pictures you get with some florist shops. Try them yourself, bet you come back!"
