"My experience was terrible. I purchased a tool set with a buy one get one free that was NOT advertised in store or offered at checkout even though it was NOT an online specific deal, when I made an attempt to collect my additional item showing proof of the deal and my receipt with prof of purchase the store and Lowe’s corporate told me not happening. So this store not Lowe’s as a whole honors their prices or sales."
"Horrible customer service. Asked to speak to manager in charge of store on Sunday, Eric Decided he was far too busy to speak with someone that just spent over $200 at his store. He decided to hand me off to a department supervisor instead. This is why this store gets a star, I am a fan of Lowe’s and enjoy their products. Usually, I was sold an item that doesn’t stand up to Lowe’s standards. I was trying to get this resolved. But unfortunately, a supervisor cannot do anything, not his fault that’s why I’m not mentioning his name here. Eric is the worst assistant manager there is in the history of Lowe’s home improvement. Above mentioned he is far too busy to take care of a customer."
"I really hate to come here they have some of the worst customer service there is. The people are rude and will not help you 95% of the time when you need it most. Typically they are yo busy chatting talking and laughing to be of service to you. I have had numerous times where I was struggling trying to get something large on my cart and ask for help they look at me turn and leave. Ordering anything online for pickup is worse it has sometimes taken a full day to pick something you ordered the night before. I can only assume I telnet orders are last on the list. Delivery estimates are not even close to schedule and they deliver when they choose to or not at all the day you ask. (Had this happen numerous times on big orders). Delivery has also gotten the delivery location wrong."
