"Placed a Valentines order the day prior and was able to still get it in and delivered the following day. The delivery occurred around 1900 and the order was incorrect. The order consisted of cheesecakes and an assortment of flowers with vase. What was delivered were cheesecakes, white roses that were partially black (wrapped in plastic from Sam’s) and no vase. My suggestion would be to pick the order up yourself."
"My Mother ordered a Birthday arrangement for my daughter and it was beautiful! The fruit was fresh, the chocolate wasn’t melted and it all tasted sooo good! Thank you edible arrangements Mansfield!"
"The fruit may not be in season so was not very flavorful. The strawberries were very bland. The melons were mushy. The pineapple was sweet, however, since the star shape was cut with the pineapple core in the middle, only the edges were edible. The stems were also not cut off of the strawberries so if you popped a chocolate covered strawberry in your mouth you’d be met with a grassy stem. That may be ok for some, it just wasn’t palatable for me. The chocolate covered apples were flavorful."
"We were very disappointed in the service of our delivery for the price we paid for the bouquet. It was picked up by a dasher at 2 pm and was not delivered until 5:30pm. We had to meet the driver to even get the delivery. Meaning he didn't not make it in time to deliver to the office it was supposed to be sent too. The fruit was hot and we were afraid to even eat it due to length of time it was out of a cooler. When we tried to call the store multiple times noone answered. We are very disappointed and will never use this location again."
"Calling from a different state for my sister who lives in Mansfield. It would benefit your company to update your management/owner hrs. Because online it’s you at 3pm. I called at 2pm and was told the manager/owner of this locations close at 2pm. I will definitely take my money elsewhere. Bad service on the phone and hrs. differs online. I’m sure the 5 five reviews probably coming from relatives and friends who get their orders fresh and delivered. Just read all their bad reviews. Glad I’m taking my money elsewhere."
