"This particular Sprouts location on Debbie Ln. in Mansfield has gone down in quality and customer experience. I live in Arlington, but much closer to this location than the one in Arlington on Little Rd. However, lately I’ve been driving the extra distance to go to the one in Arlington. The produce quality at the Sprouts in Mansfield has become very subpar and lackluster lately. One would think both stores being so close in proximity might source the same farmers/vendors, but the produce is very different which makes me think the Mansfield store leaves their produce in the back longer perhaps. How is everything always so wilted, dry, rotted, and moldy? Also the Mansfield store does something that really irks me overall about all grocery stores… if an item is out of stock, they fill the space with something else to make the shelves appear full. But this not only confuses shoppers, it also confuses their fellow employees because no one will think to order the replacement item since the space isn’t empty. Also, the Mansfield store has people that look homeless (bless their hearts) with backpacks and carts that sometimes sleep in front of the store where the bike racks are on the left next door to the haircut place. Then, employees use that same area to take smoke breaks. I’m sorry but I just don’t want to see an employee working at what I consider to be a healthy store outside smoking! It’s nasty and unhealthy. And are you going back and washing your hands before you touch our food? It’s disgusting to say the least but also very unprofessional. I really hope store management or the regional director sees my review and addresses all of these issues. We all want and deserve to spend our hard earned money at places that respect our overall experience. I will go back from time to time, but if I don’t see any changes, I will keep going to the one on Little Rd. in Arlington where the produce is fresh, the shelves are stocked with the right item for the label, and there are not any homeless individuals, loiterers, or employee smoking outside ruining my peaceful shopping experience. I know at the end of the day Sprout’s will get all the revenue, but if customers shopping at one location such as Mansfield then management will begin to question why and the store could be in jeopardy of closing. Please if you’re reading this fix everything I and others have mentioned. We love Sprouts and don’t want to see it go to garbage like Kroger."

"I'm fairly new to Texas area. In the beginning no complaints...lately it appears that those in charge of certain departments within store don't really care. Yesterday I ordered online few items. I received bad raw chicken. It smelled awful and I gagged. The fact that the worker had to remove the season chicken from its cooler...you mean to tell me you didn't smell the raw meat as you weighed it? You can smell it through its wrapper. Shame on you!!! You can make someone ill. My fruit had fuzz on it! Mold! The yogurt expired the day before I ordered. You have lost my household as your customers. I won't return! Terrible!!!! One star for the nice lady whom delivered my order to my car yesterday."

"Very nice store. Fresh and organic produce. Seasonal plants as well. I visited my daughter in Texas from Canada and was happy to see that she can get many organic products at such good prices."

"Maybe I just came on an off day. My fiancé and I went for the first time on a Sunday night because we heard great things about the produce. Every fruit or vegetable we needed was starting to mold or go rotten. The meat section felt scavenged and all that was left was discounted meat that had a sell by date of the same day or next day. I don't think we will return to this location as it felt like a gamble of freshness of products. We still stick to Sam's Club."

"Meat department is excellent and very friendly, same for deli. Check out is also friendly. Bring you own bags or end up paying 10 cents each. Produce is good but doesn't last long. Canned, packaged goods selection is slim. Bulk candies, etc. will get you. Pharmacy area, not much there."
