"I haven’t been to this store in a really long time and for good reason. It just became nastier and nastier over time and finally I had enough. And I see and hear people still complaining about it and nothing has been done since I left. Kroger used to be my favorite grocery store and for my family of 5 that cooks more than we eat out, we literally spend thousands on groceries annually for 3 meals a day, snacks, events, outings, etc. Perhaps that’s why Kroger is trying to merge with Albertson’s since some people went there instead. I pray they’ll never be able to put Sprouts or Aldi or anywhere else out of business. If we are left with only Kroger’s messed up practices, poor management, and lack of consideration for the customer experience, we will be in trouble. Perhaps that is why our complaints went unresolved for so long, they thought they were the best on the block so the treated us poorly like we didn’t have options. The produce is disgusting, always wilted, dry, moldy, and brown, never fresh. The meat section is horrendous and I am a vegan. Even I wanted to come back to the other side, I wouldn’t buy Kroger meat. The shelves are always empty and the lines are always too long. The shopping carts are filthy and the lighting in the store is uninviting and dingy. The clerks and managers all have nasty attitudes so you can tell it’s part of their culture at the store. Whoever is still shopping at this store needs to reevaluate their quality of life and how they spend their hard earned dollars. News flash, Kroger is not as inexpensive as y’all think, especially if you’re buying whole foods, organic foods, and preservative-free foods. The horribly unhealthy stuff that is 10 for $10 at Kroger is another story… inexpensive but disgusting to say the least. Kroger will never get another dollar from my hard working family. We all deserve to spend our money at places that value us as customers. Do not shop here!"

"Store has been in downward spiral for past few months. Deli closed at 630 due to lack of staff, a lot of what I wanted had empty spot on shelf, and the checkout was crazy. The yellow balls on the monitors show you they know and don't care. 1 person on duty, 1 is target for next 30 min. Meanwhile, self checkout mobbed and the lone cashier was overwhelmed. I never thought I'd say this, but Walmart might be the less stress option."

"This used to be my favorite place to shop, but that has now changed! I wasted my time and gas and went there today for some bean sprouts. I asked four different employees and no one knew where to find it! I got home and called back to the store to speak to a manager the phone Rang at least 50 times and no one answered the phone! Poor customer service at its best. I will be taking my business to H-E-B for now on."

"I was told no one can help you at this service counter we're understaffed and you'll have to come back. That is the world we live in. Don't fall for the cutsy commercials on tv. (For anything) Just know, no one wants what they are offering to work there obviously. Meanwhile the prices keep going up. Oh well. I wish it was a one-time occurrence but it seems to be the norm more often now."

"Getting ridiculous. All self checkouts and backed up half way across the store. This seems to be a problem that’s getting worse over time. With all of the local competition and HEB opening in Mansfield soon, you better up your game before you lose all of your customers."
