"Unfortunately didn't get his name but have have to compliment the young man who worked in the plumbing area that helped us. He went over and above to help our son get what was needed to hook up water to his new fridge. Wish every place could have such great customer service."

"The service here is beyond exceptional. They make you feel like a VIP and now im afraid they have raised the customer service bar for Texas. Brooke at home decor was super friendly and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend. *10 Stars*"

"Would not recommend this location over other locations. Was visiting a few stores today enjoying catching Halloween stuff that had been put on sale. Out of 12 things I was interested in out of 3 stores, 2 items did not ring up at the correct sale price shown when scanning with the app for the appropriate store. I don’t think it’s an abnormal practice to use store provided technology to try to figure out sale prices on stuff like this. The first store corrected without a problem. This was last of 3 we visited, the woman working the self checkout just called out someone’s name when I politely said “hi! This is not ringing up to the sale price.” She just yelled another persons name, the person she called over immediately aggressively said “what store do you have the app set to!?”. When she noticed it was set to the correct, Mansfield, store she then said “Well we don’t match the online prices they can vary by store.” I explained that we were set to their store again and she said it didn’t matter. I explained that prices had been adjusted at other stores and she said she was a “policy girl” and that was against policy. (Online says that Lowe’s does price match, I’ve never known them not to honor a price they have online regardless it was all the attitude and talk down that was off putting) she then said she would go check. Made us wait a few minutes, then came back and said she wouldn’t match it with a tone again. It was pointless to have a conversation with someone who made it seem the clearly just didn’t like you or want to help you because you’re you. There was no reason for her aggression, I had been polite through the process up to then. I left, came in through the entrance side and wanted to let a manager know about the experience. When I asked customer service for a manager, the woman I had been speaking to heard me, rushed over to manager (all within eye view) and told her who knows what and was looking at me while saying it all. The “manager” (I say that in quotes because she did not behave like one)walked over and didn’t say a word, just walked up staring me in the eyes. I said “yes?” And she said with an attitude “you wanted to talk to me??” Needless to say, she wasn’t thrilled that I was trying to share a negative experience that her buddy caused. I filled her in but ultimately left extremely disappointed in how we were treated."

"Well, I went to Home Depot and the customer service was horrible? All they did was offer to help me order online. Went over to Lowe's and Customer service was the best I have ever seen. Saved me $150 with offers the Lowe's employee found that I would have never found. Had everything in stock and ready to be delivered within 48 hours (Home Depot was 1 week minimum for same product)"

"NEVER! EVER! Let someone else pick your raw lumber or count on them to deliver the correct quantities.  Apperntly the order pullers at Lowe's Mansfield can't count above eight.  Nor can they distinguish what is a usable and acceptable lumber.  I even gave a week's notice for my order to be filled and I was still shorted material.  Then I was lied too when I complained about being shorted my 2x4 studs. "We might be out of stock." Is what Lowe's customer service said.  But web page showed this store had 2705 of them available for pickup.  Then I was delivered 1/4" plywood instead of the 1/2" I ordered and paid for.  Worst slap in the face was the quality of wood I received.  One of the 2x8 boards was split in two.  How do you not see that when pulling the order?  I attached some lovely pictures of that quality Lowe's lumber for your amusement. 1 star goes to Rick, the delivery driver, for keeping laughing while I sorted through the junk Lowe's delivered to me and having the nerve to call it lumber."
