"The last 3 times have have used the grocery pick up they have forgot a good portion of my items. I would be annoyed and not upset if the made sure to refund me EVERYTIME they did this... but they haven't. I was charged for 4 cases of soda, 2 cases of tea, and tp that I did not receive. I asked for a refund on those items and was denied. I do not like paying for things I did not get. I have ordered many times from here and never had a problem before. What ever changed... needs to go back."
