"The staff here are abysmal. A Cashier, Tori, in particular is exceptionally rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately I need art supply and this is nearest shop and I wish I didn't have to choose this location as I have yet to have a good experience with the cashiers or other staff. Just be prepared for staff who are wholeheartedly disinterested in helping you and who are also slow even when there is no crowd."
"This store was so nice and orderly. Some of the others are not as good as usual due to Christmas rush. They were quite busy but no long waits at register. Employees very helpful."
"Holiday rush, not a problem. The cashier was much slower than any other line in the store. She was so focused on doing irrelevant things and forgot to put my fabric in the bag. This would not have been an issue if I lived down the street, but I live much farther away and didn't want to risk the location closer to my home closing before I could get there. Lesson learned."
"Horrible place to take your kids. Me and a couple of friends went to go buy some blanket fabric to do the blanket trend on TikTok, but they were two different ladies, and they cut our blankets horribly of angle pretty much have a blank it was done if you want to make a blanket, don’t come to this place."
"The best frame shop employees are here. Super great work always above expectations every time. I would recommend this location over every other one. Not saying the other locations don’t do a good job it’s just that this one does a better job. All super great employees all around."
