"We are very pleased with the grooming of our Goldendoodle, Zeke. After calling 2 other places and finding out they were booked out 11 months, we were happy to get an appointment with Kennelwood. From the receptionist to the groomer, every part of the process was a pleasant experience for both us and our dog. You can tell they love the pets in their care. One of his ears was pretty nasty inside and they got it all cleaned up. He's so soft and smells wonderful! We will definitely be returning to Sara at Kennelwood!"
"Our 3 dogs looked great!! I do have a couple of issues. I would like to know which grooming stylist worked on each of our dogs, no information was given to us or printed on our receipt. I also wanted to leave a tip for each specific groomer but again there was no opportunity to do so on our receipt since we used a card for payment there was no space provided for a tip. We will be bringing our pets back to Kennelwood and using cash for payment I suppose, which is quite an inconvenience."
"We called Friday morning to reserve a spot for our yellow lab that same day after deciding to take a spontaneous overnight trip. They accommodated our last minute call, took amazing care of Odie and also flexed his pickup time when we realized we wouldn’t be back by 5pm. Odie came home happy and clean with a fresh nail trim and a wintry bandana. Kennelwood is the only place I’ve taken Odie that he didn’t return obviously upset, so we go back again and again, they do a great job taking care of our fur baby!"
"My boy Saint came back home looking so happy and so healthy! When I tell you I was UGLY crying when I dropped him off because how worried I was about him boarding for the first time, the staff there were nothing short of amazing and completely relieved me of my worry. They constantly kept me in the loop for the 2 weeks I was gone and he even got the cutest report card when I picked him up! You get what you pay for and the service here is nothing short of EXCELLENT! Recommend Kennelwood to anyone and everyone!"
