"Update: March 2024 Prescription/insurance issue! Janell was amazing at dealing with the issue and trying to find a solution. Amazing customer service! I spoke to Kayla in the pharmacy about two problems I was having with prescriptions and she quickly solved both of them. These are ongoing problems I had with another Walgreens Pharmacy in the area for several weeks that I was getting no communication and no resolution. I see no reason to continue using the other Pharmacy."

"Tried to pick up a prescription 3 times. The pharmacy was closed because there wasn't a pharmacist on duty. I called and asked when there would be someone, and was told they have never been closed due to not having a pharmacist. So rude. The woman kept insisting I hadn't been there and they weren't closed. Transferred our prescriptions to Walmart!"
