"If I could leave less than one star I would. went to have a simple key made and the cashier told me to go to the desk at the back of the store. i waited about 15 or 20 minutes and went back to the cashier and told her no one was back there. She just stood there with a stupid look on her face and didn't say or do anything. i walked out and said "no wonder home depot is putting you out of business"! and she said " no they're not". what a joke plus their prices are higher than hell. never go there again !"

"Very rude men employees! Rude, don't want to help because they are always in a hurry. A women customer comes in with yoga pants and the employee men stop what their doing to attend her needs. Terrible customer service with the cashier. So disrespectful to woman customers. Just looking for help and get nothing but tired attitudes."
"Well I never went to the store… Just called to get a simple answer twice and apparently nobody could tell me in the service department. Basically just asked if they had a power washer with a Honda engine… Never got a clear answer. They seem like alright people just they have a lack of respect to people over the phone. Spent 700$ at Lowe’s instead."
"This location is well stocked and if you know what your looking for and know where it is in the store it will suffice. If you are going here looking for help, save yourself the trouble. The manager was too busy playing with her phone to help and the one clerk that offered to help took the questions db disappeared. When I got tired of waiting I headed to the counter with what I was buying only to have her standing there and tell me oh yeah we do t have that. Terrible customer service and serious lack of knowledge of what they sell in the store. There are other options in town."
