"Horrible experience with this company! Would not recommend them. Signed up for weekly pool cleaning and after the first week we had algae growing in the corner of our pool. (Is even visible in the after service pictures the pool tech sends once completed) Mentioned it to the owner to which his response was "Not sure, but if you see a bit of algae you should brush it off". After the first month of service the spot has still not been cleaned so we decided to part ways and find a different company to take over. Beware of the poor customer service and response you may receive when providing feedback the owner asks for."
