"Guy seemed great and helpful from start to finish with testing the head. This was my first experience dealing with getting my head tested. I got the head back and put my truck back together and realized I was getting fuel in my head through the oil port in front. No one could figure out what was going on. 2000 dollars in fuel in 2 days and another week off not making money. I had an idea of what it could be so I called him and asked if the plug for the fuel port in the front was taken out of the head. He assured me they never touch that plug. I had no choice but to take the truck apart to get to the front of the head through the gear housing. Sure enough, the plug was missing. So I took pictures and let him know. He put the blame on me and said I told him I took it off and will be putting it back on. And told me they never take those plugs out. Then asked me if I need a new plug because they have a bunch of them laying around in the shop. If I new anything about the plug then I would definitely make sure it is there prior to install. I am a one truck O/O so any down time hurts me. After all this time off, money spent and money lost in down time. The last thing I wanted to hear is him trying to flip the blame on me to cover him self up. So if you get your head tested here just watch out for the fuel plug infront of your head on a ISX motor."
