"I called JR Spas today at 330PM & the receptionist gave me the number of a tech who wasn’t available and the owner of the company spent well over 90 minutes and at least 7-8 phone calls and literally walked me through the entire process of troubleshooting the spa heater until it was functioning in time for my Airbnb customers. What an amazingly kind and generous person! I would recommend these guys without hesitation because the owner absolutely cares about his customers and even potential customers."
"JOE NEEDS A RAISE! I called to schedule a one time clean for our hot tub our landlord owns at the home we just moved into. Joe and I talked for 20 minutes about what the water is looking like and what it needs exactly. I am perfectly able to do it myself, just uneducated. Joe walked me through every process that needs to be done based on my verbal explanation, and told me to call again if we need help with anything else. Joe not only saved me probably $500 but also educated me on the usage of certain chemicals and if a problem arises what to do next. I will be saving the number to my phone as an ICE Hot Tub contact.
