"I’ve purchased an above ground pool ladder on line. Item that I received was not what was advertised on line. After talking to customer service I was informed that I could return it to any Lesleys pool store without any issues. Upon arriving to the local store in Granbury Tx I was greeted by what it turned out to be the store manager of that location. After explaining my situation Mr.Saunders informed me that I could not return it because he doesn’t have room for returns and it was my problem to return it. I don’t believe it’s customers problem to return item that the company misadvertised. Mr.Saunders could care less about his customers. After I figure out my return I will not shop with his store or the company again."
"Employee that was working was rude. She acted so put out that she had to wait on us. When you work with the public you just can't act like that & expect your customers to come back."
