"The TV barely worked. The remote was missing in the workout room.Most of the machines are not working.The TV in the dining area did not work. I travel a lot and this place suffers from NEGLECT Very poorly managed or supported. The staff tried. I would never stay at a LaQuinta or hotel associated with it brand."

"Stay away from this nasty place. The a/c dont work. The housekeeping does piss poor job. The restroom has all kind of pubic hair on the floor and tub. Very disscusting stay. Pet furr all over the carpet. Not a recommended place to stay!!!"

"Very Clean and Smells Fresh. Just wanted to stop and say thank you for the comfortable stay. My family slept very well. Keep up the great work. Beautifully decorated rooms also very updated. Night clerk was very helpful and provided great customer service."

"I didn't stay there but I did park my truck and my wife's van under their portico due to a sever storm. We were in Granbury visiting my wife's mother. We were concerned about hail and had no other options. The gentleman working the front desk knew we were parked there and it was obvious why. He did not seem to mind. I was worried he would ask us to leave but we were allowed to stay. We ended up sitting there for over an hour as the storm rolled through."

"The front desk guy seemed nice when we checked in but as we entered room it was a strange smell that was not too bad. The tub shower was stained and 2 of the 4 lights on the wall were very loose and swayed side to side. When I mentioned the lights and changing rooms then the guy at desk would not move us. The first impression was bad after that. Sorry but a simple request to get a room that was without flaws and no dice. My thought was poor attitude and no willing to accommodate the guest! Not here again after we leave Monday! Hope breakfast is ok? Oh and the security latch on my door is broken too!! Terrible and no compensation. And a guy walking hallway and talking loudly on his cell phone! Never again.Part two was Sunday morning at 9am and the breakfast was poor! No attending person taking care of food so no bacon, sausage and eggs stone cold and no sugar free syrup. Wheat bread was all out too! Poor really poor! Bad experience so far! Parker in the morning was the greatest help and nicest person you have. He addressed all issues and will be fixed! Was a two star review but one conversation with Parker and now four star. Parker gave us a new larger room for second night for all.problems we had !! Parker is awesome!!"
