"I haven't been to this Big Lots in a year cause I forget it is there but I went today and was a bit disappointed because they usually have a clearance area but it isn't there anymore and many discounted items were scattered all over the store. They had some neat products and was able to find some Christmas lights right now which was great. I do hope they bring back an area for just mark down and discounted items in this store! The store was organized for the most part and clean."
"I went into our local Big Lots to find a small swivel recliner today . I found the perfect one and I could have paid for it and walked out with it. But as always and I should have remembered YALL DONT SELL THE FLOOR MODELS and I don’t want to wait 6 to8 weeks to have one shipped to me . Lost a sale and a good customer ."
"I live closer to Stephenville than Granbury. But the Stephenville store couldn’t help me in a timely manner. I called the Granbury store to verify they had in stock the recliner I was desperate to buy. Employee in the furniture dept. I believe his name was Jason verified they had one in stock & put my name and phone # on it when I told him I would be there in 2 days. He followed through!Scarlet, in the furniture dept. helped me with the sale. She is wonderful. Marcos helped Scarlet load the recliner in my car. Next time I’m craving Great customer service, I will simply drive to this store."
