"This park is next to downtown and small little park , kids play area is on other side of road . Park have sand beach , swimming area , splash station . They have wood walk over lake bridge that is cool and concrete trail along the lake . Sunset view is good & park is safe and clean . Posting some sunset view pic and please Google for more pics . Lots of food options near by and downtown is touristy with lots of goody and icecream shops along restaurants . You will like it . Entry to park is free and downtown is walkable from park ."

"I'm really glad this beach is here, but I wish there was more effort in maintaining it. There were several dead fish and debris along the shore. The board walk seemed nice, but it was impressive to see the amount of bird poop on it! The boardwalk is almost completely white with bird poop and my focus was on that instead of enjoying the view on the walk across."

"Granbury is very nice, great waterfront places, restaurants, things to do. The downtown square has many nice shops, restaurants, bench's for old guys like me to sit while waiting on wife shopping. Around town is so much to do too. Nice houses around lake. Loved the restaurants on the water and this one watching fish and ducks fight for food. At Christmas the square is well decorated (prior trip), and horse biggie rides are for hire. Really enjoyable trips."

"Such a neat stop in the center of granbury. Easy to find, decent parking and it connects to the Hilton hotel on the other side. If you were staying at that Hilton you’d be able to walk to the mini beach and pier and relax. It is small but we went on a Saturday and there was plenty of room. They have a little spot for food and drinks, rentals, splash pad, pavilion for shade and picnic and bathrooms. What more could you ask for!"
