"I am giving FreeStyle Grooming 1 star only because I can’t give them 0 stars. My dog came back bleeding from his ears and neck. I was told that I had to treat the wounds myself, which I did. My dog is now traumatized and only hags out in his kennel. He won’t look at me in the eye because I I trusted him with what I thought was a profesional. Never again."

"Never going back. I had called to get a quote for my Pomeranian, I needed a bath and haircut. The lady over the phone quoted me $39, based off weight and breed. My dog has no fleas and is well kept. My husband took her in today and was charged an extra $15 because "she was hard to handle" First of all, I have never ever heard that my dog is hard to handle, from a groomer or anyone for that matter. Secondly, how are we supposed to know if this is true, how can she prove that? and Lastly, IF she was hard to handle, (which I find very hard to believe) isn't it your job as a TRAINED GROOMER to know how to handle dogs? I am so upset because with the $55 we spent, we could have gone to Petsmart- where it's much cleaner, and a nicer facility. Don't waste your time with these people."
