"I’ve been through the process of purchasing a firearm at this location many times. Always a great experience and trouble-free. Until today. I asked a very simple question during the verification process with the manager (Chris) and his response was sarcastic and rude. This was my first encounter with Chris and it will be my last. I will not stop patronizing this academy store because the other employees are super and it is convenient for us. I just won’t deal with Chis again. You need to send him back to customer service class again. Maybe he’ll get it right this time."

"My go to when I need anything to do with outdoor activities and shooting. If you haven’t been there yet, join us in the 21st century and go visit the store. Any sporting activities and outdoor activities are well represented in the store. I took some pictures but really, it’s more than pictures can tell. Definitely will go back and highly recommend."
"It was my first time here and I enjoyed my visit. It was fun to browse as everything is organized so well. The shoe aisles are labeled by sport/activity type so it’s easy to find just what one needs. They even have dance/ballet shoes, kids shoes, and work boots. Everything one needs seems to be under one roof: from sports, to exercise, to camping, to hunting, and everything in between are here. I even found a whole aisle of shelves filled with support braces for athletes or therapy. The employees, though busy, are helpful. Restrooms are clean. Don’t miss the clearance section on the west wall. And I got both a printed & emailed receipt. Very convenient. This store will get a regular visit from me."
