"Purchased Mott’s Applesauce for my son 2-7 and opened today to feed to him. It’s spoiled and disgusting. Turned out it expired September 2023!!!! Returned to the store and found over 10 on the shelf with the same expiration date. I was furious and glad I checked before feeding my baby."
"Worst target I’ve ever been to. Nobody greeted me at the door and I didn’t even get eye contact from a single employee while I shopped, much less a word from them. Online it said they close at 12. They gave zero warnings on the speaker system before closing at 10. I don’t know what kind of cruel prank they were playing, but an employee literally brushed by me, almost pushing me over, while saying “all clear” into his walkie talkie. Then the lights all turn off around me, and they finally announce that it’s ten pm and they are closed. I literally ran to the front and had to ask to be checked out."
"I purchased $100 gift card for the “deal of the day” for a free $15 gift card, which was not honored. The purchased Gift card is unused was received on 11/30, I had no idea your gift cards were nonrefundable. I no longer feel you have good customer service."
"Target has become a classless big box store. At one point they cared about their guest experience. Now they care about profits. While they have increased their pay scale. They have let the employees dress extremely trashy. Their liberal attitude about everything has made this store into another Walmart."
