"I had an extremely pleasant experience during my second stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston SW - Rosenberg, an IHG Hotel. The cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms were commendable. The breakfast was impressive in both variety and quality, exceeding my expectations. Additionally, the attentive and courteous behavior of the hotel staff made me feel very comfortable and well-received. I am confident that this hotel will be my choice again when I return to Texas. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"I had to stay here for my grandmother’s funeral, and booked through Priceline. The funeral’s date was moved back a day and the hotel would not work with me or Priceline. I ended checking out a day early for a room that was not occupied to try to beat bad weather back home in Dallas. The food was mediocre. My stay was for 3 nights, and after the first night I asked for housekeeping and was told that the housekeeping services start after the second day. On the second day the front desk called me to let me know that they were short-staffed and couldn’t clean my room. So my room was not cleaned although I had seen the housekeeper on my floor. They wouldn’t offer any refund for early checkout (which was a day early.) When I checked out the front-desk clerk asked if I had signed up for late checkout when I had to explain again that my checkout was for the next day. I was offered to contact the general manager to express my grievances. That’s okay, I just won’t stay here anymore."

"If you don’t use the hotels app, you’ll have to post a $100 deposit if you use the hotels app you post $25 but being in business as everyone else probably knows businesses use booking agencies like Hotel Engine so therefore this hotel requires $100 deposit for every business person using the hotel If you disagree with them, they become obnoxious and sarcastic. The front desk clerk acted as if she was doing a favor, but still put me in a room that was wrong from what my company actually paid for. Make sure to check what your business books with or they were charge you three times as much. If you are business person, I strongly suggest you do not use this hotel"

"The phone did not work, the wake up call was not followed thru, disabled senior service at hotel non existence, bed is so high that 85 yrs. The old lady my friend had a hack of a time getting in bed, a couple of times she fell on the floor trying to get on bed. Since the phone does not work when she gets around to the front desk and asks for a small stool to get in bed she has not provided any support and replies as we are short of staff. Whenever I called to pickup here for church at 3 :30 AM her phone would not work and I had to ask the front desk to knock her door and deliver the message. It is a new hotel and close to my house but needs management attention. My friend used to own a motel and work for an American airline she is retired"
