"I would give this Rosenberg store a negative number if that was an option. I have been waiting since August for a replacement item that was damaged in the box. When I call the store NO one ever answers the phone! If I do get it answered after listening to it ring for over 10-15 minutes which is ridiculous, I ask for the store manager and I am told he is not in on that day. Seems like that day is most days. I did speak with an assistant manager but he could not help me. So here we are in December and I still have had no response or resolution from this store. I have shelving units that look as if a forklift ran into the already tattered box and dented the metal frame and still have not been able to get new ones delivered and get these picked up! Very poor customer service!!!!!"

"I used to like this HD but for the last couple of years this place has steadily gone down hill. You used to be able to ask anyone that worked there a question about the project that you are working on and they would have an answer. Now you ask someone where something is and they pull out their phone to tell which isle it’s in. That’s if you are lucky to find an employee. The store is consistently hot, this is Texas you need to have AC on, there is no reason why any of your shoppers should start sweating in your store. The store was a mess the isle were cluttered with pallet and random items and carts that didn’t even belong in that department. One of the pallets that was taking up the isle had splintered off wood that hurt my son’s foot, that is unacceptable. No one should be getting injured while walking down isles in a store. I will not be visiting this location again."

"This is a wonderful place for home owner. You can get all kinds of tool, home repair/improve parts and gardening stuff. The issue is that not all items has price tag, we didn’t know the price for those succulents until checking out. Their price are not as low as I expected!"
