"March 2024 : Recently had extremely disappointing experience at the pharmacy and I blame the pharmacist (Ni….) for being insensitive to patients’ need for medication refills on time. When a pharmacy does not care for its customers then they go elsewhere, and that’s what I did too. The management should have a better oversight over its employees."

"They can never get it right at this location. The customer service here is just terrible and so unprofessional. Cashier at the front was talking on her phone through her ear peace, and halfway through, she acknowledged us. She was having a conversation that was inappropriate."
"The staff is nice but super busy. However, if they do not respect appointment times for vaccination. So, if you choose this location for your next vaccination, be ready to spend 45+ minutes from your confirmed appointment time. They are also a bit 'sneaky'... Appointment time 6:10...checked in at 6pm...received receipt showing a time of 6:27pm as 'waiting'... See picture."
