"Please don't support these people. Ryan, the cashier/co-owner, misled me into buying a hard drive upgrade. He told me it would drastically reduce temperatures and he said the upgrade was irreversible, both of which were lies. He told me I had a virus even though my computer did not show any signs, (like random-pop ups with fake ads) Joey Carroll, the technician, did not apply the correct amount of thermal paste and refused to redo it. You could say I should have done more research before coming here but its not fair that I should spend $545 and the technician can't redo the work without extra fees. This is the most regretful shopping experience I have had. Don't let the owner's generic responses give you doubt about this review. Joey Carroll the technician does not clean dust efficiently. I found clumps of dust between the fan filters and the blades."

"I own a small business in town and SyS has always been there to handle all of my big issues and even the small issues (usually my user error). I have enjoyed their customer service and price, I have purchased numerous new and reconditioned computers and accessories over the 10+ yrs"

"5 stars! Came in with an old computer with an old version of windows that didn’t have wireless connection ability. The young employees troubleshooted for me right before closing time which I’m super thankful for! Bought a wireless adapter and he tested it for me. Works & happy!"

"I have been bringing laptops and pc’s here for many years. They always get the job done. They have fixed/replaced screens & parts, removed viruses, partitioned space to use dual operating systems on one pc, done tune ups, upgraded device hardware & software, and even gained access to a device when its password was forgotten. They keep me informed and disclose detailed cost breakdown upfront after inspection and give options, then do decent turn around time."

"Incredibly shady experience....brought them a Mac, and paid the $50 diagnostic fee up front. A few days later they wanted another $150 for "additional diagnostics", which I declined. When I went to pick up the laptop they REALLY wanted me to "let them recycle it, for free!" Yeah right. 3 days later it would be for sale on their shelf. Enjoy your $50...I'd think your reputation is worth more than that, but I suppose not. UPDATE: Noticed a small baggie taped to computer. Inside are 6 screws used to hold the machine together. Yes that's right - they didn't actually put the machine back together when they were done. Now, it's 6 screws - how hard can it be to just re-install them? Well, it's a non standard head (of course) so I have to buy a special screw driver (actually a while set, you can't just get the one) just to hold the machine together. My laptop is in worse condition now (dissambled) than it was when I took it to them."
