"Pleasant store, helpful clerks, we found everything we needed fairly easy self check out was pretty fast and easy to navigate, the clerks were very curtious considering we got there late abd were running thru the store hurring to get what we needed knkwing we were keeping the fro. Closing the store. They were patient and didn't hurry us like some stores do, TRYING TO RUSH YOU THRU THE STORE SO THEY CAN CLOSE THE DOORS AND LOVK UP, UNLIKE WALMART THE REGISTERS DON'T SHUT DOWN AT A CERTAIN TIME MO MATTER WHAT YOUR DOING."
"I've had a lot of good experiences here in the past. I even had them come out and install a rear storm door and that went off very well compared to Lowe's. And now I'm back to have another job estimated and apparently I have to see a specific guy in the department and he's never here. This is literally my third day in a row coming here after work and he's not here. So instead I'll be going elsewhere to do this job and giving somebody else $10,000. Thanks for only having a single option."
"This is the best local big box hardware store in the area. They keep the store well stocked, and have everything you need. They also honor the troops with a military discount. Manards does not."
"I'm quite disappointed in the overall customer service. The girls at the registers were quite friendly, but trying to find someone to help in the store was more challenging than it needed to be. I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get someone to open the cage in the tool corral to purchase a jigsaw."
