"If I could give zero stars I would. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone for repairs. I took my vehicle in for a complaint of rough idle and high positive fuel trims. I told them I thought it was a vacuum leak. They called me telling me that I needed a motor mount and drive shaft because the u joint was bad. Ok if I need it I need it I won’t discredit that. I don’t believe I did and it had nothing to do with my complaints. However, I asked several times about the possible vacuum leak. Ron told me his mechanic Jason didn’t think I had one. First you can’t see a vacuum leak it needs to be smoked out so you can’t just deem it as no leak. $1700 later and I get my car back the same as it went it. I’m livid. I call and tell them I’m not happy and now they want me to bring it in to “make it right” they should have made it right the first time instead of discrediting me as a woman when I tell them what I think is wrong with my vehicle. I do drive it every day and I’m not dumb to knowledge of vehicles. I do get my hands dirty. I did find another shop and within a few hours was told I did in fact have a vacuum leak from my intake manifold. Don’t let these people screw you over like they did me."
