"If you’re looking for a honest and genuine business, these are your guys. Bruce's Auto Repair is who I have relied on for 5+ years since retiring from the military and landing in O' Fallon. They really take good care of you. On my last visit, I suspected a suspension problem because I was hearing noises when I hit a bump. Bruce's diagnosed the problem to actually be that the spare tire had simply vibrated loose and didn't charge me a dime for my stupidity . Appointments are hard to get but I highly recommend Bruce's Auto Repair."

"I can’t recommend Bruce’s automotive repair enough. They get 10 out of 5 stars. My truck was last at Auffenberg ford and was quoted $800 to repair my truck plus $1,000 repair that wasn’t required to fix the leak I was having but the dealership said they wouldn’t repair the vacuum pump without doing the other repair. Well went on recommendations from this group and I took my truck to Bruce's. Sure enough they said only the pump needed replacing. They took my truck in and had it back on the road in a matter of hours for less than $500! When my truck was last at Auffenberg I had an appointment however my truck sat for two days before anyone looked at it and another day and a half before they could tell me what the issue was. So if you ever need your vehicle repaired skip the stealership and head to Bruce’s automotive!"

"Would definitely recommend Bruce’s repair shop! My passenger side cv axel’s boot broke off, making the car undriveable. I called Bruce’s repair shop to see if he could fix my car before Wednesday since I had to drive it back home (4 hour drive home), they right away informed me to take my car into the shop so they could take a look at it. Bruce’s repair shop ensured my safety by not only repairing the area of need, but also by checking the right cv axel and the rear shock absorbers to make sure I’d have a safe trip home. They were extremely transparent/informative about what was being repaired and I was able to get my car a day after I took it into the shop. Thank you guys again!"

"Just had a routine oil & filter change for my 2014 BMW 428i XDrive, 151,000 miles. Bruce was there getting final touches for his retirement & new owner Matt, took care of me. Oil change took 20 minutes, & maintenance crewman checked belts, hoses, brake pads, tire wear, and topped off fluids, etc. Matt said they can work on 80% of any issues with my BMW. Love this place, for all or most of my BMW work!!!"
