"My sister took her car in to have 4 tires and an alignment done. It cost her $680 and she was fine with the price of that. They had her car from 8am until 5pm. When she picked up her car her front passenger side window was broke and would not roll up. Her window was working when he left and it was rolled up. They told her when they rolled it down to work on the car and that the regulater crumbled and it would not let window go back up. They told her they could fi it for $380. My sister is on disability and had to let bills go to pay for the tires. My sisters window is taped up and broke. I feel they took advantage of her. I do not understand why you have to roll the window down to put tires on."
