"Will not honor warranty purchased at dealership. Even though they will not fix my vehicle under warranty, they still charged me for their time! How about my time? You bypassed my Monday morning appointment time, held my vehicle hostage for 48 hours with no loaner vehicle, only to fix nothing and steal my money. This is criminal. Avoid this business if at all possible! Manager refuses to speak with the customer."
