"I have gotten around 8-10 quotes before I decided to go with pool whisperer. 1. Sales guy Russell was so patient with me and revised my design 6-8 times and I never felt like he was annoyed or didn’t want to put on work first before me signing the contract. Other ales people from other companies either gave me an attitude or would want me pay for the design. 2. The cost of what I wanted was reasonable and Russell tried very hard to stay in my budget while getting most everything want I wanted. To be honest I would not have gone with them if sales person would’ve treated me as just purely customer that company can profit of. Throughout the whole design process I felt like Russell really listened and tried his best to provide everything I wanted on budget. 3. When I finally decide that we will go with pool whisperer things went very fast. We had initial meeting with the project team David and Teo and they explained the plan of the construction. Dig day was December 18 and fill day was Jan 31. We also did turf and concrete spray deck. Sprinklers were repaired and we had gutters installed. Project completion took around 8 weeks even though we had some extensive raining Pool whisperer managed to complete it within the promised timeframe. 4.i have no complaints and very happy we went with pool whisperer would 100% recommend to everyone who is planning on getting a pool. 5. We also might be considering having them maintaining our pool. Special thank to David for giving us suggestions on the material and understanding what I really wanted. Thank you again we are so happy with the end results. Great company and people. They definitely take pride and responsibility of what they are doing."

He was involved in every step, from implementation through completion.
