"After receiving multiple bids for a 3300 gallon pool resurfacing project, my family chose Blue Water Pools, not only for their fair price, but mostly due to their ethical behavior and willingness to allow us to make choices on product materials, without simply assigning these materials as other companies intended to do. Both Erika and Juan were thorough in their presentation, measurements, and length of project estimations. They notified us upfront that a possible "Chip Out" could be necessary since the last resurfacing was 20 years ago. This allowed us to prepare financially in advance, which we appreciated since it was obvious that it was going to be needed. Communication was excellent, with daily reports either by phone or in person on what time to expect the crew and what aspect of the project was going to be completed. Blue Water Pools also offered the necessary daily brushing of the pool walls, chemicals and water maintenance which was included in our package price. With a 97 year old Father and homeowner, this was a lifesaver for all of us. Erika and Juan went Above and Beyond for our pool and family! I am happy to recommend Blue Water Pools, a quality pool company for all your needs."
