"I have to say the jewelry is very pretty, and the sales personnel are so kind, but the product is very low quality. I ordered 6 items for myself and my sister through a JBloom party in May 2021, 4 of 6 items are already broken. The pair of earrings I purchased arrived broken in the box, the 2 necklaces I bought as a gift for my sister broke after she wore them once, and a clasp for my necklaces doesn't work, it came undone multiple times during the day. I hope a different manufacturer can be used in the future for constructing better quality pieces."
