"I had bought several dresses at Macy's & one slipped off its hanger unbeknownst to me while I walked to another store in the mall. I thought it was gone forever when I got home to discover it was missing! The manager, Eli, was able to locate the missing dress & he contacted me. All the effort he put into correcting the situation is very much appreciated and shows a level of professionalism seldom seen nowadays. I will be shopping here more often! I highly recommend this store!!"

"The mall store aside it's got a good variety of clothing and home goods. Prices have crept up as is the norm with all retail. Plenty of parking is well lit and clean. The entrances are handicap accessible as well."

"It's nice to look around and get ideas. They have great merchandise and the furniture is good. Went to the clearance for shoes, and it looked to have been picked dry. It's probably because of Christmas. Looks like the young ladies have a great selection to choose a prom dress from."

"I ordered 1 bottle of perfume to be delivered. 6 days later and they are still processing it so no tracking # yet. Do not order online if you would like it to process within a few days. I don’t understand why they require 6 days+ and it’s still being processed. Come on @Macys do better!"

"As department stores go, this one still has the same feel as they did back in the heyday of department stores. Still well stocked, but a conspicuous lack of people to check out with. Alas in this day and age, that's to be expected and I really don't see any way these dinosaurs will survive."
