"Their website is terrible. You must enter your zip code than agree to their ridiculously invasive cookies just to see what kind of shop it is. I can't even view the website casually to see if I like the inventory. I will not visit a store that insists on harvesting my information for simply being curious about what type of products they carry. Browsing for a gift shouldn't require an invasion of my privacy. I refuse to give you my money and also let you steal my information. The nerve of businesses like this is appauling."

"I had SUCH a pleasant experience at Earthbound yesterday at MidRiver’s Mall! From the time I entered the store until the time I left, I was greeted by several sales associates who were SO helpful and answered all my questions. They were very engaging and personable and made my shopping experience a very positive one. I usually shop at other Earthbound locations, but will make this store my store of choice from now on! Wonderful atmosphere and exceptional sales associates!"

"this place has some really cool and interesting things however I really wish their price point was definitely something more feasible for their general clientele. It just seems like a lot of things are way overpricedin comparison to what you can get for it for those same things that other locations and random different stores. Unless they are charging because it's convenient since all of those unique items are in one location. Something to possibly consider I love the selection however I don't like their prices. the organization of the store and cleanliness definitely made it so much easier for me to find the things I was looking for. And the staff definitely seemed like they were nice. I didn't really get to interact with them much of course since I actually knew what I was going in there for found it in purchased it and was well about my way but from my limited interaction with them they definitely were nice and friendly"
