"This place deserves zero stars. You would think people in the medical field would be a little bit more kind, but not here. What's the point of giving the option to check in online if you're just going to skip right over the people who do it just because they didn't walk up to the desk? And then make them wait several hours to be seen as a punishment for not walking up to the desk after already checking in online when that's not how they've ever operated before. No compassion whatsoever with these people who are supposed to be in the business of caring. 10/10 do not recommend."
"Had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr padon and he did an excellent job. My complaint is that I had final stitches removed Dec 28 and asked about paperwork being faxed and was told it would be the following week. Just found out it will be another week because everyone is on vacation."
"If I could give the facility a zero I would. The doctor wss great but I waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor. I was told there were still 2 people in front of me to be seen after an hour wait. They said that it was common for this to happen. Outrageous making people wait 1 to 2 hours after being called back to be common. Scheduling needs to be better in that case so not to over book. My time is valuable too. If I had been an hour late to my appointment I would have been cancelled and told to reschedule. Very disappointed and frustrated."
"My mom received a hip replacement with Dr. Vann and started to have swelling and pain in the other leg after surgery. Usual signs of a blood clot. It took him almost 2 months to look into this possibility. How can trained doctors not suspect this?! Well turns out she has a big blood clot as she suspected. Dr. Vann continued to drag his feet to respond and sent her home. He told her to have her PCP deal with it. So tired and disgusted in the medical providers in Abilene. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable hospital in a larger city if possible."
"I love this clinic. Dr. Vann is the most caring doctor I’ve ever met. He is also professional, compassionate and generally wants to help his patients. The Physical Therapy Area is also amazing. Ms. Carol is able to treat and evaluate more efficiently. She’s caring and takes her time to try and make you feel better as do the PTA’s Jessica and Sarah. This PT group is truly amazing. I give them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
