"They make it extremely difficult to get a referral/prescription and talk to you like you’re stupid for asking. They also change their policies depending on who’s asking. Honorable mention to Angela who called me just to yell at me about how I need to go through the pharmacy for my prescription concerns after I had already spoken to someone else from the office who said they took care of it and that it was a problem on their end (not the pharmacy’s). After going to the pharmacy they said my prescription had been closed out by the doctor and that I couldn’t pick it up. Monica is very helpful though."

"I am sorry I was ever talked into visiting this practice. I have been on a medication for over 10 years for a medical issue that is easier to treat than diabetes is. This office wrote me a refill for a reduced dose, and then a few weeks later cancelled the script entirely without contacting me. Their defense is that they are not "specialists" and they referred me to a practice that can see me in October. "passing the buck" and interrupting a treatment plan that has held stable results for years is just a way to take money, and refuse care. I think they have a good location, and so this review will probably not affect your decision to see them, but I advise you to have a backup option in case you require treatment for a persistent issue."
