"I wish I would have got a before picture. My toddler had destroyed our carpet and I thought we might need to replace it but Kim came and completed my carpet within 16 minutes and did an amazing job. It looks brand new like the day we had it installed, couldn’t be happier. And their customer service is top tier. I was asleep the first day they were scheduled to clean it and they had no problem coming back today to get it done. Kim even offered to help move furniture if I needed the help. Definitely would contact them again for any other carpet cleaning I might need in the future."
"I was called 15-30 minutes before arriving which is a great for my schedule. The tech asked me some questions and I showed him the carpet that needed cleaned and the patches I needed. He was upfront about not being able to clean the areas I needed. I’ve had a few companies come out before and just clean and charge me for no real results. These guys sakes me time and money. He recommended just replacing the carpet. Very knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend these guys to anyone."
