"All the workers were very helpful but especially the young lady by the front desk I know her job is to sell things but she makes me feel comfortable and not very pushy, really like the service there , for sure I’m going back."

"Went to this Jiffy Lube yesterday for a headlight bulb replacement and one of the guys told me to take it to the dealership since they couldn’t access it. I took my car to the Jiffy Lube on W Holcombe were they previously were able to replace my headlight bulb. These guys need proper training and tools to complete these type of jobs. I would’ve came out of $200+ if I went to the dealership. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all."

"Check under your hood thoroughly when you leave there or install a hidden camera. I went in for a state inspection as I have done for many years and never had an issue until now. My oil filter cap was loosened and caused a major oil mess. They were the last and most recent under the hood of my vehicle. Regardless of how or WHY (I have some suspicions) this occurred, it was very disappointing and I won't be going back. Also, they tell you to leave your keys on the dash.... where ANYONE can walk up and drive away in it. Not a smart idea and also disappointing. Every precaution should be taken to protect the customers vehicle... Be warned!"

"Amazing experience. The assistant manager was incredibly nice, accommodating, and helped with more than what I asked for. Gave amazing advice and did everything as cheep as possible. This place earned a customer for as long as I live here. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be coming back."

"I am very disappointed in this location. We have never had this happen before with anyone else that we've used. We have a small business and we use a fleet card. My technician went in for an oil change only and without our technicians approval, they started doing several additional services and ran the bill up to over $400 and charged out fleet card for the oil change and the additional services that we didn't ask for. When I called the manager, he said that the technician did fail to get the proper approvals from my technician before doing the additional services, so he said he would adjust the invoice to only charge for the oil change. He said it would take 4-5 days, even though I called on the same day it happen & they should have just voided it & charged the correct amount then. It's been 6 days and they still have not adjusted the charge. I tried to call the manager back & there was no answer & their mailbox is full. I just put in a dispute with our fleet card company & I will let them handle it from here. Such a dishonest & shady way to treat your customers. I hope anyone, especially if you use fleet cards for payment, pays attention to what they are being charged. I reached out on 11/19/23 to the person/email below and no one has contacted me back about this yet. Seems to me like nothing is going to be done about this and I will have to have the fleet company keep investigating this. Not good."
