"The very 1st time I came was in October 2023. Replaced the right axel. I Still heard a pop sound after I left. It got worse. Today was my 2nd time going back. My SIL had it checked at a dealer. He called the owner & spoke directly to Joe. I stayed there and Joe showed me where the leak was coming from. He put a New Seal. I left a happy customer. I heard the popo & decided to go eat lunch. I returned a 3rd time, Joe was not there. The helper was very rude and raised his voice at me. He stated, the popping noise was not the axel. I asked him what was it? He says oh you need struts & socks & a full front suspension. Why didn't you tell me the 1st time I came here and you had this information? Why? Because you saw a woman alone with our a male body next to her. Kar Soultions took advantage and they also knew from the very beginning,that I would be back...to do the struts. Typical crook. My 88 yr old dad says to me, like the doctor's they keep you coming back. Total unsatisfied customer. I recorded everything the help yelled out and posted on my FB page. For so many great reviews, you bozos will be loosing business."
