"I would be very cautious of these guys. Oil change only. And thinking about it, I'd check to make sure they give the oil they say. I had a issue with lights on 2 years ago. Took it to them. They charged me 1200.... so glad and happy. One, they never installed the part. We joked but i went back, "the part was wrong, come back". I never did, they kept my $200 bucks. The guy Kevin knows he did and doesn't look at me when I walk in. Then I just took my car for last oil change of the package. I asked them to check the message of "back up light". They told me there is an error with the electrical system. Need to replace the light for back up lights. $2500. I just replaced the $7.95 bulb on my tag and the light went off. I would use soooo much caution when asking these guys to do anything other than an oil change. Use caution even then. Its a shame to ripe people off"

"There was no one in the front so I drove to the service bays. Not seeing anyone there, I got out of car and walked into the office. There was no one there. After waiting a few minutes I went back to the service door. The only person I could see was a mechanic 3-4 bays over. He ignored me clearing my throat. Guy came out of the back room like he was going to attack me, commanding me to drive back to the front of the store and come in the office. When I told him there's no one there and asked if I could get an oil change, he barked the same commands. I suggested he should be fired and went across the street to 5 Minutes. Will never go back to the Service (or lack thereof) St."
