"Bobby actually arrived a few minutes early and listened to all. I told him. He then proceeded to identify a separate issue and explained how to address it. Bobby was very attentive and extremely helpful. Would happily recommend to anyone."

"I met owner a few months ago and kept fridge magnet-thank goodness. Checked out BBB and company had an A+ rating. Called Thursday and Bobby was here early Friday. He explained all that he needed to do and he was efficient, polite, and patient with craziness at my home! I can see why BowTie has an A+ rating! BTW, they honor military discount and that’s always a good thing. Thank you!"

He was patient, kind, on time, and was very thorough in describing to me the issue I had. He is an amazing teacher.
