"My A/C went out, and I panicked. I tried googling how to fix the situation which lead me to clearing a clog in my drain pipe. I did my best to try to solve the issue myself, but I couldn't figure out which pipe I was supposed to use to attempt the clearing. I was at a loss. I knew with the super hot temperatures that finding an A/C repair company was going to be tough. I put out a Yelp call to find an available company, and within minutes, I had Jolly Brothers Services texting me (along with several others). they had an opening for 8:00 am the next day (luckily). Their quick response drew me in, their Dad jokes made me pick them! This company is owned and operated by the same two guys. They showed up promptly, were nice, funny, and very professional. They know their stuff! They have a very vested interest in getting it right. They don't send out a technician who doesn't have a vested interested in the company brand. they come out themselves. The whole time they were here, they were very transparent every step of the way, explaining each step of what they were doing, explaining the numbers their test equipment was getting, what they did to clear the clog, how to prevent it going forward, and even gave me tips to unclog it in the future should/when required. Before leaving, they cleaned everything up and we thanked them profusely. We signed up for their maintenance program. All very affordable and professional. I highly recommend going straight to this company for your A/C concerns and don't bother calling anyone else."

"Exceptionally nice and a pleasure to meet. We chose Jolly Brothers because of their wonderful reviews and the teacher discount they offered. We wanted to price a full system and needed removal soon to prepare for a renovation after a large insurance loss. They left and I awaited the quote. No followup and the quote never came. After a couple of weeks I called and left a message, and they never called back. No explanation, just ghosted us. We held off on another company’s bid for a while waiting on Jolly Bros’ quote, but finally just let the other guys have it. It’s a shame because they seemed like a local business I would like to support. YMMV I guess."

"Billy and Joe were fast, friendly, inexpensive, honest and knowledgeable. But what really made them stand out was their unique charm and personality. When other technicians come out to your home you get the sense they don’t really want to be there. With Jolly Brothers, it feels like your buddies are coming over to hang out and oh they just happen to be able to service your heating system. I almost can’t wait for my heat to go out so I can hear another one of their famous dad jokes (almost, lol)."

"Joe was kind, courteous and professional. He worked fast and took care of my problem ( which was the fan motor was shot, rusted out and seized) Joe evaluated the situation, and replaced the motor in less than 2 hours! My AC is working beautifully. Thanks so much! I highly recommend their services. Jolly Brothers just plain..* Rocks!* They are Knowledgeable, efficient, and just excellent customer service all around. I will use them again if anything else happens with our AC or heating."

""Honest" I can not say enough good things about Joe and Billy. They came out to take a look at our a/c just as a precaution due to our a/c was running hot before I cleaned our Coils. Had them come out just to do a service to make sure we did not have something else going on . They both were very helpful in educating me on how it all works, definitely leaving it to the professional they know what they are doing. And on top of them really above and beyond to answer all my concerns and look at my home top to bottom. They all will take the service fee of $89 and put it towards repairs if they have to repair. Wow ,I recommend them for anyone have any issues with you unit. Very patient with me as well with all my many questions. I also was given a cute goodie bag as well."
