They have fixed everything I needed, and tell me when something doesn't need to be replaced. There is a location closer to me that I haven't tried, but I'll stick with this location. "Juan completed diagnostics in under an hour while we waited without an appointment on a Saturday morning. He was very patient and knowledgeable explaining the results and our repair options. Unfortunately he expressed that the parts needed could only be obtained from the dealership. Based on his assessment, he estimated the damage would be around $2000 and referred us to Elder Mitsubishi who in fact quoted us $1986. We appreciate Juan for the no-cost diagnostic and his expertise. For any future issues, we will certainly return."
"I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the integrity this mechanic shop has towards their customers. To be transparent, I had my car at Henna Chevy before coming here… the advisor there was so cold and rude it made me feel horrible as a customer their estimate for the same repairs was over $4000. Not to mention the $1000 diagnostic fee just to open the hood. This shop very fairly charged me less than $2000 for the same repairs and the same warranty. Not only are they honest they are kind. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality experience with even better quality repair work. Thank you."
