"***UPDATE*** It has been a month, and the alleged GM who responded to this review has yet to respond to the emails I have sent to arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss the damage to the car and the blatant sexism I encountered. Staying on brand. Obscenely awful service. I had an appointment for my 80k mile recommended maintenance. When I checked in I mentioned an issue I was having with my car not starting arbitrarily, but the service rep informed me that they were booked out until March of next year for any such services. When I asked for clarification regarding the maintenance, the service rep told me it would be a "visual inspection" and tire rotation. When I returned to pick up my car, I found my front bumper dangling, a greasy cabinet panel on the driver's side floorboard, and an anti theft wheel lock on my passenger seat. I was confused and wanted to know what happened. My questions were completely disregarded, and the service rep said the wheel lock was for a recall, however no one at the service center mentioned a recall, and when I asked why I hadn't been informed, the service rep said it was my responsibility as the owner to know about that. He was so defensive that he asked, "What do you want, a new car?" When I pressed a tech on the bumper issue, he pounded the bumper into place while telling me the car came like that. I was condescended to and my concerns were either ignored or addressed by being made to feel like it was my fault for not figuring out or knowing this information. It was unfathomably atrocious customer service which was undoubtedly exacerbated by the fact that I'm a woman. Don't go here."
