"My home insurance company selected American Area Plumbing for my leaking water heater. Garrett confirmed that I needed a replacement and requested a replacement with the insurance company. We had some communication problems with the insurance company. After 3 days of waiting for the replacement, Garrett got the communication problem corrected and the water heater ordered. Garrett and Javier arrived the next day and did a great job with the water heater replacement. Garrett and Javier were a great team working together. Each would prep the accessories while the other would install. Their teamwork reduced the replacement time. Garrett and Javier were very professional and are an asset to American Area Plumbing. If Garrett didn’t get involved with the communication problem with the insurance company, it’s no telling how long I would have had to wait for the leaking water heater replacement. I want to thank Garrett for getting involved."
"Outstanding job! The Austin Area Plumbing team, specifically Mycol, Christine and Star, did an outstanding job of finding my very difficult water leak and repairing it. In the end it was about 4 ft underground with not visible signs on the surface. The team was professional, courteous and efficient in their work. "Dennis and Christine were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our home and kept us informed of the work they were performing. Dennis came yesterday and gave us a no cost estimate and was able to schedule us the next day. He introduced his apprentice Christine upon arrival, both were polite and personable. They completely cleaned up after completion of the work and provided instructions for future use. We will use them again when we have need for a plumber's services.
