"Be sure and ask what a repair is going to cost beforehand. Jose came out to repair one of my units. Found a bad capacitor which he had a replacement for in his truck. He spent approximately 1 hour doing the replacement which could have been accomplished in substantially less time had I not been watching and listening to him talk about his situation. In any event when it came time for the bill .. $375.00 I cringed knowing that a replacement capacitor could be purchased for less than $20.00. When asked if he could break down the charges, he explained that the service call was $125.00. I asked how much the capacitor was to which he responded “ it’s just a flat rate, everybody is doing it “ (Wow.) “ But I can give you a $75.00 discount “ he continued seeing that I was getting upset. So it cost me $300.00 to have a capacitor replaced. This is not to say anything derogatory about his skill. He located the issue within minutes of arriving. So five stars for skill minus two for overcharging me."

"I can not say enough good things about Jose. My wife and I were out of state on vacation when our daughter called and told us the AC had stopped working. My sister-in-law had recommended Omega to us as she has used them at her business for a long time. We explained our situation to Jose and told him that we were out of state he said no problem I got your back. Jose took the time to call my daughter and tell her that he was on the way and he would be there quickly to fix the problem. Jose is a Man true to his word in less than two hours he was at my house and quickly diagnosed the problem. Being a true professional Jose had the broken part on hand and retored my AC fast. It meant a lot to me and my family to know that he was there when I couldn't be. Jose has just gained a life long customer in us."
