"The guys arrived in the time frame they scheduled. They were very friendly, careful, and did clean work. After the crew left, I had a (user error) issue with the power to my dryer, so I called and explained the issue. They quickly scheduled another technician to come out and take a look. Turned out my dryer vent was shorting the dryer causing the breaker to flip. The technician explained why the breaker was flipping, and explained what he did to correct the issue, free of any extra charge. He was very friendly, and the information he provided was easy to understand. Very good decision going with Cox Electric, and if I have any other electrical needs I will reach back out for the work. Thank you for great customer service!"
