"A Mitsubishi mini-split installed by another company in an upstairs room would not hold the selected temperature. It had been looked at previously twice but no one could find the problem. The SOS technician determined that the unit was working perfectly but was located too near an upright freezer whose warm air discharge was close to the A/C's temperature sensor. Took him less than half an hour; personable, well-spoken fellow who knew to look outside the box, in this case for another box! Good show."
